The Opus, costing AED 2.5 billion consists of two glass towers linked by a four-storey podium at ground level, and at a height of 71 meters by an asymmetric steel and glass bridge. With an organic void right at the heart of the building, The Opus has 56,000 square feet of office space, 12 restaurants and a five-star boutique hotel with only 93 guest rooms and 60 apartments.
